Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

We offer free shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders outside this area may incur additional charges—please contact us for details.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or refund as necessary.
