This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by UFACTORY ("Company") to the original purchaser ("Customer") of the robotic arm ("Product"). This Warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from the Company.
UFACTORY USA warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This Warranty applies only to the hardware components of the Product and does not extend to software, accessories, or consumable parts.
This Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use during the Warranty Period. It does not cover:
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or repairs.
Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or other damage that does not affect the functionality of the Product.
Damage resulting from the use of the Product in a manner for which it was not intended or designed.
Software, including but not limited to, firmware or any installed programs or applications.
This Warranty covers the following products:
LITE 6: LITE 6 GRIPPER, LITE 6 VACUUM GRIPPER, LITE 5 GRIPPER LITE
X-Arm 5, X-Arm 6, X-Arm 7, X-Arm 850
Direct-drive linear motor, Gripper, Vacuum Gripper, Bio gripper, Torque sensor, DC Control box, AD Control box
To make a Warranty claim, the Customer must notify the Company in writing within the Warranty Period and provide proof of purchase. The Customer must ship the defective Product to the Company's designated service center, with shipping and insurance costs prepaid by the Customer. The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipment.
Upon receipt of a valid Warranty claim, the Company will, at its option:
Repair the defective Product using new or refurbished parts.
Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.
Refund the original purchase price of the Product, subject to depreciation based on the length of use.
This Warranty does not cover any products not manufactured by or for the Company, even if packaged or sold with the Company's products.
The Company disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the express terms of this Warranty.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Product.

Please include subject line WARRANTY CLAIM with supporting documentation in body/attachment of emails.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its originalcondition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If the item is used or has been opened, a $100 restocking fee will be charged plus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@ufactory.us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
